This training is designed for those who are having the overall responsibility of the food handling area. This is mainly for low risk food handlers like groceries, cafeteria, meat trading, etc. From each shift one person who will be the in charge, manager, chef or supervisor should attend this course.

Course Duration : 2 Days ( 12 Hours)

Course Duration : 3 Days ( 18 Hours)
